I learned from a book (before the days of youtube) and found it easier to be able to keep reading back over each step as I did it, there was no pressure and no trying to keep up with what someone else was doing.
xxFeltersJourneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12144951816128798093noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7733144082304387946.post-29391548242681343512014-04-14T09:06:08.790+01:002014-04-14T09:06:08.790+01:00This is stunning Too, i love the colours, a mistak...This is stunning Too, i love the colours, a mistake made good, the best kind of mistakes ;) Granny squares like this always remind me of my GRandma, I ahve a huge throw here in the studio that she crocheted many moons ago, it's a fave thing of mine. Sigh, still can't crochet myself, but one day! ;)Ruthie Reddenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09544345949078281235noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7733144082304387946.post-48503924011771087052014-04-11T07:27:45.597+01:002014-04-11T07:27:45.597+01:00Thanks Lyn :) I'm sitting back against a grann...Thanks Lyn :) I'm sitting back against a granny throw my nan crocheted, with a little help from my auntie and mom before I was born (I'm 40), it's my favourite family heirloom.
Funnily enough a 70s style long waistcoat / tunic is next on my crochet list :)
xxFeltersJourneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12144951816128798093noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7733144082304387946.post-69826240723934354322014-04-10T21:42:53.457+01:002014-04-10T21:42:53.457+01:00It's a beautiful blanket and very snuggly! I love granny squares and in the 70's I crocheted a granny square long tunic for my mum. This post brought back some happy memories.Lynhttp://www.rosiepink.typepad.co.uknoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7733144082304387946.post-41014833591430685382014-04-10T07:42:23.625+01:002014-04-10T07:42:23.625+01:00Thank you Kerry & Kelly :)
