I have been lucky enough that some of my lovely customers have sent photos of themselves in their Radagast the Brown kit - two were dressed up for Halloween and one for a Renaissance Fair.. I wanted to share them with your all (with their kind permission).
Leslie spent All Hallows Eve day at work dressed as Radagast - with a very worrying clown. She had a little birdie tucked under her hat :) and Sebastian the Hedgehog is perched on her shoulder |
Kyle the Green stepping out on All Hallows Eve. Kyle has the hat with the embroidered green band for tucking found treasures.. can you see his little birdie ? |
Pete enjoying some sunshine at a Renaissance Fair |
Don't they all look fantastic?!
I know Leslie is planning to wear her Radagast to the opening night for the upcoming Hobbit movie :) I wonder how many more of my hats will be worn to cinemas around the world in December..

Fantastic photos of quirky and interesting individuals, Deborah!!! I love seeing your amazing work 'in action'!!! XO
They all look so great! Amaze to see how they love and fit their costume and occasions.
They look fabulous! How lovely to see them 'in character'.
How amazing to have help so many people achieve such great things! (And by the way, the way I do the embroidery on my pieces is by machine but then I go over them with hand stitch because the machining tends to sink in. Thanks for asking)
Thank you all for commenting :)
It always makes me happy to see pics of people enjoying the things I make
xx
Jackie your embroidery is beautiful! I always do one or the other with script .. it never occurred to me to do both :)

How lovely to see your hats in situ as it were, all looking fab. and Yay roll on hobbit movie x
I love them, you did an awesome job! Like the way they are all a bit different too. I must have a go at it, seeing I really liked his character. 13th Dec is the date here when the next Hobbit film comes out, which will happen just before your dec13. It would definitely be fun to wear my own version of wizardly hat. Not sure about replicating bird poops though...
The countdown is on now girls! I am soooo looking forward to it xx
